Likewise, every gamer group will have their own purposes for the plates and their own meanings for the various colors. These purposes will be born out of necessity and out of a desire to reduce the game's complexity. This will, of course, make the game more fun for everyone! Over time players and DM's alike will begin to rely more and more on the colored markers to convey pertinent game information to each other. We have outlines some suggestions and ideas to help springboard your own uses for the plates.
